Payment information is processed by our third-party payment and booking providers. REBOUND does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own systems.

Process class reservations, waitlists, memberships, packages, and purchases;

Email & Text Communications
We may send you emails relating to your account, reservations, waitlists, purchases, memberships, schedule changes, policies, or other aspects of your relationship with REBOUND. Where required, we obtain your consent before sending text messages.
If you opt in to our text messaging program, you may receive booking confirmations, class reminders, schedule updates, account notifications, and promotional messages, depending on the consent you provide. Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with REBOUND. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP. Opting out of marketing emails does not prevent us from sending necessary non-promotional emails relating to your account, purchases, reservations, or Services.
Mobile Information & SMS Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, contractual, dispute-resolution, and security obligations.
