TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: October 13, 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between you and Rebound Studio LLC, doing business as Rebound Fitness Studio (“REBOUND,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the REBOUND website, online booking platform, mobile services, class reservations, memberships, class packages, events, workshops, and other services offered by REBOUND (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Agreement to these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to independently enter into a binding agreement with REBOUND.

Participants under 18 may only use the Services or participate in classes when permitted by REBOUND and with all required consent, waiver, and authorization completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

Privacy

Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how REBOUND collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.

Accounts & Account Security

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Please notify REBOUND promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Class Reservations

Class reservations are subject to availability and must be booked through REBOUND's designated booking system unless otherwise authorized.

Your reservation is not guaranteed until it has been successfully confirmed.

REBOUND may establish reasonable policies regarding reservations, waitlists, class capacity, late arrivals, and cancellations.

Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Class reservations must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled class start time to retain the applicable class credit.

A cancellation made less than 2 hours before class may be considered a late cancellation and may result in forfeiture of the class credit.

Failure to attend a reserved class without timely cancellation may be considered a no-show and may result in forfeiture of the class credit.

These class reservation rules are separate from any cancellation or refund rights applicable to memberships or contracts under Massachusetts law.

Late Arrivals

For safety reasons, REBOUND may restrict entry after a class has begun.

Participants should arrive early enough to check in and be ready when class starts. First-time participants are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before class.

Pricing & Payments

Prices for classes, packages, memberships, workshops, events, merchandise, and other Services will be displayed on our booking platform or at the studio.

Prices may change from time to time. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases except as permitted by the applicable purchase or membership agreement and applicable law.

By making a purchase, you authorize REBOUND and its third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable amount.

Memberships & Recurring Payments

Certain REBOUND memberships may involve recurring payments.

Before purchasing a recurring membership, you will be provided with the applicable price, billing frequency, duration or renewal terms, and cancellation terms.

By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable recurring charges in accordance with the membership agreement until the membership is properly canceled or otherwise terminated.

Specific membership terms presented to you at purchase are incorporated into these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under Massachusetts law.

Massachusetts Health Club Cancellation Rights

To the extent a REBOUND membership or other agreement constitutes a “contract for health club services” under Massachusetts law, the contract is subject to applicable Massachusetts consumer protections.

Applicable contracts include the statutory right to cancel within three business days after receipt of the applicable written contract or written receipt, in accordance with Massachusetts law.

Massachusetts law also provides additional cancellation rights in certain circumstances, including qualifying significant physical or medical disability lasting more than three months, death, certain closures or substantial changes in operation, and qualifying relocation.

The specific notices, procedures, refund provisions, and other rights required by Massachusetts law will be included in the applicable membership agreement where required.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any right provided to a consumer by applicable law.

Refunds

Except where otherwise stated in the applicable purchase terms or required by law, purchases of individual classes, class packages, workshops, events, merchandise, and similar Services are non-refundable.

This policy does not override any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right provided by Massachusetts or federal law.

Waitlists

Certain classes may offer a waitlist when all available rebounders have been reserved.

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a reservation.

If a space becomes available, the booking system may automatically add a waitlisted participant to the class according to REBOUND's then-current waitlist settings.

Participants are responsible for monitoring their reservation status and applicable notifications.

Health & Physical Activity

REBOUND classes involve physical exercise and may include cardiovascular exercise, rebounding, strength training, balance movements, choreographed movements, and other fitness activities.

Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including falls, strains, sprains, loss of balance, dizziness, dehydration, and other injuries.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate.

If you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, have a medical condition, or otherwise have concerns about participating safely, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

You should stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond what is reasonably expected from exercise, or other concerning symptoms.

Waiver & Assumption of Risk

All participants must complete REBOUND's applicable liability waiver, assumption-of-risk acknowledgment, and other required participation documents before participating.

The waiver applicable to physical participation is a separate agreement and is incorporated by reference where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms or any REBOUND waiver is intended to waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

No Medical Advice

REBOUND and its instructors are not providing medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice.

Information provided by REBOUND through classes, the website, social media, or other communications is for general fitness and informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Studio Rules & Safety

Participants must follow reasonable instructions provided by REBOUND instructors and staff.

REBOUND may refuse or discontinue participation when reasonably necessary for safety, including when a participant engages in unsafe conduct, intentionally misuses equipment, interferes with a class, or refuses to follow reasonable safety instructions.

Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings while at the studio.

To the extent permitted by law, REBOUND is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The REBOUND name, logos, branding, website content, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, class materials, and other original content are owned by REBOUND or used with permission and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use REBOUND content without prior written permission.

Photography, Video & Media

REBOUND may photograph or record portions of classes, events, or the studio for promotional or business purposes.

Where REBOUND seeks to use an identifiable participant's image, likeness, voice, testimonial, or other protected material for promotional purposes, the participant's applicable consent and REBOUND's separate photo/media release will govern that use.

Participation in a REBOUND class alone does not replace any separate consent or release that REBOUND requires for promotional use.

User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, social-media post, or other content to REBOUND for reposting or promotional use, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

Any specific permission granted to REBOUND regarding that content will be governed by the applicable submission, authorization, or media agreement.

Electronic Communications

By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree that REBOUND may send emails and other non-SMS communications reasonably necessary to administer your account and Services, including reservation confirmations, waitlist notifications, schedule changes, receipts, membership information, and important policy or account notices.

Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and your communication preferences. Text messages are subject to the SMS/Text Messaging Terms below and your applicable consent.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. Opting out of marketing emails does not prevent REBOUND from sending necessary transactional or administrative emails.

Opting out of text messages will stop further text messages as described below. Necessary account or service communications may continue through email or other permitted channels.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Rebound Studio LLC, doing business as Rebound Fitness Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at the mobile number you provided.

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include class reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, account updates, customer support follow-ups, and promotional offers.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Creating an account, making a purchase, or agreeing to these Terms does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional text messages.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your class bookings, account activity, interactions with REBOUND, and the types of messages you have opted in to receive.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

4. How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can unsubscribe from our text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you.

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method.

For help or more information, reply HELP to any of our messages or contact our support team at fernanda@reboundjump.com.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy & Mobile Information

Your mobile information and text messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Third-Party Services

REBOUND may use third-party services for website hosting, scheduling, memberships, payment processing, communications, analytics, and other business functions.

Those third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

REBOUND is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or temporarily restrict portions of our website or online Services for maintenance, security, operational, or other legitimate business reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or booking platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use REBOUND's website or Services to:

  • Violate applicable law;

  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website or booking system;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account;

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content;

  • Harass REBOUND staff, instructors, or other participants;

  • Fraudulently obtain Services or misuse payment systems; or

  • Infringe REBOUND's or another person's intellectual-property or other legal rights.

Suspension or Termination

REBOUND may suspend or terminate access to its Services when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, nonpayment, fraud, unlawful conduct, repeated violation of studio policies, threats or harassment, or conduct that creates a legitimate safety risk.

Any termination of a paid membership remains subject to the applicable membership agreement and Massachusetts law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact REBOUND so that we can review the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any lawful right you may have to dispute a charge with your card issuer or financial institution.

Fraudulent misuse of payment-dispute procedures may result in suspension or termination of your REBOUND account where permitted by law.

Disclaimer

Fitness results vary from person to person.

REBOUND does not guarantee any particular fitness, health, weight-loss, strength, performance, or other result from participation in its Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REBOUND will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or online Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Physical participation in REBOUND classes is additionally governed by the applicable participant waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebound Studio LLC and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute concerning these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable Massachusetts and federal law and any separate written agreement between you and REBOUND that lawfully governs the dispute.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable membership agreement, waiver, purchase terms, or other agreement presented in connection with a particular Service, constitute the applicable agreement between you and REBOUND regarding that Service.

If a specific membership or purchase agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement will control with respect to that purchase, except where prohibited by law.
